eXcommerce solutions are provided and supported under the Terms of Conditions and SLA

Invoicing
When you order a product from eXcommerce you agree that the montly service fee starts to run from an agreed delivery start date.

The monthly payment can be paid by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD and for some services Paypal is available) on a monthly basis.


Consultancy
eXcommerce can provide fixed price consultancy on development for webdesign.
Fixed price cost on design development is invoiced up front with 14 days payment terms.

All other consultancy including setup and configurations, xlink,  user training, project management, content management, Mamut business consultancy or any other web development consultancy will be charged on an hourly, ½ hourly or ¼ hourly basis and invoiced by the end of each month or after the job is completed by your registered credit card.

All work on your website / webshop is considered consultancy unless there is an agreed error that we have accepted and will try to fix
eXcommerce will give a time and money estimation on any  project task or support task.
If we see that these time/cost estimations will not be met, we will ask for permission from the client before any work exceeding the estimate is started on.

Our consultancy prices are
80 Euro per 60 minutes,
40 Euro per 30 minutes
20 Euro per 15 minutes.

Delivery
A delivery from eXcommerce webshops is not a delivery of a "live" system.
(A live system is dependent on external tasks from the client.)

Support
Support is email / ticket / Knowledge base. You can submit emails to service@excommerce.com in english. Submitting emails in other langauges may cause a delayed response.
