All eXcommerce customers also have access to documentation and our knowledge base for more detailed description of the key areas of the system. For specific enquiries on standard support our staff will guide you how to fix the problem yourself, by use of article or documentation.
Some requests may demand a technician to do work for you and for this you can buy individual support tickets for EUR 80 per hour, or upgrade to eXcommerce Premium Support.
